	Freund*innenschaftA conceptual book uncovering and depicting friendship among womxn.
Freund*innenschaft sheds light on a significant contemporary yet historic issue: The problematic socialization through patriarchy that makes womxn opponents rather than friends. The concept of Freund*innenschaft is based on the term friendship, but made inclusive and dedicated to people who were socialized or identify as women and queer people.
Inspired by the concept of community and creating space for womxns' voices, I was led in conversation with my friends about their perspective of friendship among womxn. Every one of them wrote a text about Freund*innenschaft, each incorporating different aspects of it. To depict the idea of diverse voices being led together, unconventionally both typography and image run towards the centre of the book.Freund*innenschaft appreciates and celebrates. It mourns what always has been there and never got the attention it deserved. It gives space and examines. And it creates community by doing so.

	Three Wise MenIllustrations for an enchanting festive poem.
Seeking refuge from a snowstorm, a nameless traveller is welcomed into an ancient hall to warm their bones and fill their stomach, if they will hear the stories of three wise men and judge whom amongst them tells the truth.


What follows are three tales of despair and devotion, of indigence and immortality. A lovelorn youth plies the object of his affections with golden rings, partridges and pear trees. An elderly man, tired of life, finds himself having cheated death and quite unsure of what to do next.


I had the opportunity to accompany this wonderful poem by Carol Ann Duffy, former Poet Laureate of the United Kingdom, with my illustrations.

Manon Klein and Julia Klenovsky stroll in the joint process of ceramic design and artist through the two working fields. The pieces, wheel thrown by Manon and hand-drawn by Julia, were created in a process in which shape and line gradually emerged.

	Mrs. DallowayVirginia Woolf’s classic illustrated in a new and varied way.

London, a summery day in June. Mrs Dalloway says she would buy the flowers herself. 100 years later, this special edition of Virginia Woolf's literary classic is published.

As a group of 26 illustrators and designers, we look at the novel from as many different perspectives. We have carried and guided ourselves through the interwoven narrative of the text by reacting to each other's images. 
The result is a pictorial work that provides different perspectives on the same passages of text in mutual reference to each other. Enhanced by the multi-layered book design, a complex collective work is created that reinforces the reading of the meandering rhythm.The design and illustrations were created in 2023/24 at Burg Giebichenstein&#38;nbsp;University of Art and Design Halle in cooperation with Büchergilde Gutenberg.
